Include your account email, device type, app version if available, and a clear description of what happened.
Safety reports
For urgent profile, message, harassment, impersonation, scam, or safety concerns, use the Report or Block actions in the app in addition to contacting support.
Include the relevant profile, conversation context, screenshots if appropriate, and any timing details that help us investigate.
Privacy and data requests
For access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or privacy questions, contact support from the email address associated with your account when possible.
